Oh what fun it is to ski

Silly season has begun. A couple of these Santa's tried to unsuccessfully 'scooter' down the stairs at the tube station. They serenaded passengers on the northern line with Waltzing Matilda and Stand by me. In unrelated silliness some guy put his mate in a suitcase and wheeled him around Westfields - the security guard was just as a bemused as me .

I thought the Santa's were on a stag do, they were merry enough. In fact, they were enjoying their Santa Ski/Run day in aid of Disability Snowsports UK. One of the guys had had broken his back skiing so it seemed at apt charity for them. I thought DSUK was quite a small and specialised charity. I only know of them as JDL is currently in serious training as part of the Paralympic ski team. Can't wait to go and cheer him on in Sochi 2014.
