Regents Canal

I came to Camden for my chi gong class this morning. I was 10 minutes late because of our crap bad bus service. A stroll to the canal afterwards and it was very quiet and still on the water today. I love the silence of the winter this time of the year.

Lunch soup in the big new’ish Pret A Manger. Talking of which there is a new one opening almost next door to Finchley Road tube station. Hurrah. I have been wanting one there for ages.

Temperature is 13c but wet with more rain forecast the rest of the day.
