A fat foggy morning , a glimmer of warm blue then flat damp grey. The lichen likes it though - like a little sponge full of moisture. I think this might be usnea also known as Beard Lichen, a whole ton of it adorning the trees down by the Fairy Path. A sign of super clear air and apparently if made into a tincture good for sinus and respiratory ailments and all fungal infections.  Pretty wild.
