The Cone of Shame

This is Elvis post op. He's wondering what on earth has happened, but seems ok.
Millie's investigations show that her kidneys are 50% larger than they should be, she has a big cyst which may be a tumour, kidney stones on both sides and an abnormal spleen.
There isn't any treatment for these problems, it's just a case of making her comfortable and trying to get her to eat (low protein food).
Apparently I may have to start cooking pasta and vegetables for her as she turned up her nose at the tinned renal food from the vet.
Not good news, but it's as we expected.
