An Apple for the Teacher?

As well as the musical uplift on Tuesday we came away from Jamie's violin  lesson with a box full of apples.  Fiona has several apple trees and a super-abundance  of apples.  Last week we took a bag full away, this week she was ahead of us and these were washed, ready and waiting for us.  They'll feed the juicer for weeks :-)

A good number of ticks on the list today.  Saved money on renewing the home insurance.  Just as when i investigated my mum's insurance, I found that a new customer policy with my existing ensurer was less than half the cost i was paying.  I ended up paying a third of the renewal price by switching insurers!  The words 'rip-off' come to mind.
