Mayor Marianne Borgen

One for Berger! This evening the lights on the Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square were switched on. The tree is an annual gift (since 1947) from the people of Oslo. The Mayor of Oslo, Mrs Marianne Borgen was there. A lovely tradition and she made a very neat speech to the camera. I just caught it on the TV.
