Got a little education from a guy who showed up at the radio station,  to chat to Roarke, just as I was leaving.

Yes, Cheryl was busy........  show was a bit all over the place, but I survived. Know being a whoos about you interviews me, is not "the way to go".

Hopefully the show got people thinking about the "dangers" of rehydrating with fizzy cold drinks.
