Tree over the sea...

... not been so good over the last few days but out today hoping to catch a sunset.

Really lucky just now as our rental house is just moments from the sea and esplanade to Nothe Fort and gardens.

Tide was out, the sea was calm so headed higher than I normally would and found this composition overlooking Weymouth Bay.

Quickly found I'm really rusty with my camera knowledge as dials that would normally change aperture and shutter speed was changing other settings instead. Good light came and went just in time for me to find the culprit leaver and return functions back to normal.

Low cloud was moving over the horizon and very luckily cleared for just a few moments to light up my scene.

I'm going to enjoy coming back time and again to capture the ever-changing weather.

On a last rather excellent note, we have now found another house that we hope we will be able to call home. Time will tell.
