Border Tails

Memories!

Today, I drove up to West Linton, where I lived up until I was 18, to have lunch with two old friends. We had a right good natter and put the world to rights. I realised as I was driving back down the Main Street that I hadn’t taken a photo to blip, so stopped the car and took this one out of the window. This falls into my occasional series “where I worked”. When I left school, I stated my first full time job in this building which was the local branch of the Bank of Scotland. It’s looking very posh now, it certainly wasn’t white and didn’t have any outside lighting back in the eighties!
