Eyes big, mouth bigger

Andrew was going to a birthday party at Eyemouth ten pin bowling this afternoon, so we all headed down there. After a fairly bracing time on the beach, we went to Mackays Cafe where Matthew and George had hot chocolate and chips. Have you ever dipped your chips in hot chocolate? They thought it was tremendous; I remain unconvinced.

A lovely day with Joanne and Chris and our kids. Andrew adores Joanne because she indulges his need to draw. Together, they were quite the little art factory. She only has herself to blame, of course, because she brought him a new packet of felt tip pens. That'll teach ya, Jo!
