Healthy living?

I do find this Christmas drinks advert outside the Leisure Centre a bit ironic, and perhaps a bit silly.  Thanks to admirer for hosting Silly Saturday.

We went to see Dad this morning and he is doing well, and then to see the Grandchildren this afternoon.  They are all doing well and it was nice to see them.
