Drama, History & Beer

Today we had to check out of the Hilton with its free pens, slippers & Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries and check into a Travelodge with free Kit-Kats and..... Not much else. Luckily, I brought the Hilton freebies with me (high five to free slippers!!).

After dumping our cases in the Travelodge, we headed off on foot to the Tower of London for some sightseeing. A wee half hour walk in the unexpectedly chilly London weather, we hit a Brewdog for breakfast and lunch (beer and beer.... We're on holiday) then over to the Tower of London. We were there until closing time and had to leave before we even got round the whole site. And that's what happens when you hit the pub first.
