Relaxed and inspired!

After a my run I enjoyed a cool shower followed by a 38 degree celsius outdoor jacuzzi ( spa pool) that my running partner has recently bought - amazingly relaxing on the muscles after a long run!

From the spa pool you can see Kapiti Island and the seashore. This shot taken on my walk home from his house.
