Therapy Jacket ...

I had my first physio session today and this is me having my Pulse Electro Magnetic Therapy treatment and feeling very relaxed. I also had laser treatment too as apparently all my muscles are still very tight so I have been compensating and not walking correctly. I have exercises to do for a week until my follow up appointment next Monday when hopefully I will have improved greatly.
