Christmas tree photobomber!

Today has been a very busy day.  

I had a doctors appointment in Clifton at midday as work have referred me to the Occupational Health Specialist for advice on allergies and asthma.

Then two more buses to get to my physio appointment.  I am not allowed to swim or run until I see the consultant again in January, and see what he says.  Only gentle core exercises are allowed and no overhead lifting or weights.  Ice packs on the shoulder and heat on my neck!

We had to get our last bus from The Mall, so of course a Blip of the Christmas tree seemed like a good idea, can you spot Mr T photobombing?!

After being in work for 06:25 and 5 bus journeys I am a bit weary so I will catch up on journals tomorrow.
