In the midst of load shedding

The lights are beaming. 

Driving home to Springs, great swathes of Boksburg were without power.  But, the lights continue to burn in Mom's street.

They've done this for weeks. They're on DAY and NIGHT, except of course, when "we're" being load shedded.  Eish !

Fortunately Mom's house got a reprieve this weekend, I'm grateful to report,  the lights in the street and in the house burned, brightly.
