Sgwarnog: In the Field

Tongue

I escaped for a walk through the woods at lunch time; this Hart's Tongue fern was looking luminescent.

Further down Gill Beck I saw the Dipper for the first time in a while, but on the Dam we seem to back to just the regulars for the moment.  I saw a V of geese overhead this morning, but was too late to get a picture.

Later I'll be off to Guiseley for an FA Trophy replay against Lancaster. I used to live ten yards from Lancaster's ground so I will have somewhat split loyalties;  I'll be wearing a Guiseley scarf but may sneak a Lancaster pin badge onto my jacket.

Postscript: cup exit in the fog.
