All the Gear and No Idea?!

That's what Chris said - very unfair I think. Chris and Shelly are hosting Christmas day for the 1st time in their beautiful new home. I found a brand new electric knife (charity shop - yes I know - sorry Maurice) and thought it might come in handy for them. They thought so too. Shelly is practicing.
