Christmas at the Palace

I was on my way home from Parliament tonight when I noticed the distinctive floodlighting at Holyrood Palace .

I walked over to get a picture and then saw this wreath on one of the gates.

The two things - and the darkness- were just the thing for a blip as Christmas approaches.
