Orkney - the 1960s

What a bloody awful day; relentless energy sapping 40 mph winds. Set to continue too. However I was in the toon before 8.30 a.m., a P.B.

Later I took Sybil and Graeme to the Kirk Café but attendance wasn't the usual.

So out of desperation I submit a pic of a pic on the dale at Rackwick outside CMC's Granny's hoose. CMC is extreme right (not politically), her elder sister (now in Huntly) and her younger sister, reefed in, (now 6' 0"). The young lads are two of the McKay brothers. If you stay in Orkney you won't need this explaining. If you don't stay in Orkney then they are still two of the the McKay brothers.
