The Great Chocolate Mystery

Today was party day at school. Lots of fun making bath bombs - well, apart from when the acid ate through the bottom of the plastic cups at exactly the same moment and and a bunch of parents and one teacher ran around hastily wiping up spillages, searching for paper cups and refilling those - and eating party food. Tears from one member of the class because she said she is going to miss this school ...... for three weeks? Oh well, I guess that is an eternity for an eight year old.

Doesn't this cake look good? Kazuko made it today. Her friend owns a bakery and she sometimes teaches Kazuko how to bake cakes. So what is the mystery? Well, when Kazuko put the cake in the box to bring it home the word "Christmas" was written in large chocolate letters between the red ribbon at the front of the cake and the snowman beside  Santa. But when she took it out of the box, the word "Christmas" was gone. It couldn't have melted because the rest of the chocolate would have melted as well. Besides, the dot on the "i" still remained on the cake. Very strange.
