We got it!!

I haven't been blipping as Craig and I have been very distracted with negotiations to buy this house!
I have always wanted to own a coast house with a view!
This came on to auction and is one of about 20 houses on the ridge that have an amazing view and that we could afford!
It needs work but we will be able to do a lot of it!
Very exciting!
Also Louie is happy cause there are no ceiling fans there ( which he is terrified of!)
