Santa Claus Parade

Took R. C and R's friend to the local Santa Claus Parade this afternoon. I was leery about the weather as it was pouring rain this morning, but it let off and was actually reasonably pleasant. C had a particularly good time.

The two young gentlemen in the parade are part of our city's Teen Tour Band, which is an excellent and modestly famous (in Canada) marching band. Marching bands are much bigger in the United States than here, but our Teen Tour Band has marched in the Rose Bowl Parade and traveled to Europe.
