Sunset after a thunderstorm...

Last night we had over 30,000 lightning strikes accompanied by loud rumbling thunder. Paddy is petrified of the thunder and hid under the bed all night. This morning was sunshine so we did some chores until mid afternoon when we decided to go fishing. After 2 hours we had 10 snapper all way more than the legal 30 centimeters. We were home 20 minutes and the heavens opened along with thunder and lightning that appeared to be right on top of our house.

Fresh fish with homemade chips for dinner...couldn't get any better than that.
