Therapy

Decided to get the silver out and give it a clean for Christmas Day.  It was a wedding gift 58 years ago.  The children complain that it is too heavy, but they are going to have to suffer as it needs an airing now and again.
It was used a lot when we had dinner parties, which sadly seem to have gone out of fashion and more informal 'suppers' are called for.
Enjoyed cleaning it and now going to listen to 'The Importance of Being Earnest' - a favourite play when I was a teenager.
