Sunday Peaceful

So sundays normally very busy, so the house  sleeps after quite  a week  with hubby's accident.

I decided  to go for a walk Nature  and creation always ground me.

A friend recommended Chris Wark book om diet and natural route.. you tube him really interesting  will need to redress some of my diet  in Janaury.

Lifeshocks are collision points between life as we perceive and life as it is!
