Frozen

Went clay shooting with Tim again today - well, he was shooting, I was watching.  Very cold and frosty morning.

Had lunch when we came back, then Tim cleaned my bike chain for me (what a good husband!) and pumped up my tyres.  I took it out for a very short (but very smooth) ride this afternoon - part of my graded exercise therapy - a whole 15 minutes.  Looking forward to building up to longer rides, as I really enjoyed that little snippet.

I'm sure I had lots of things I needed to do today, but I ended up watching the Borrowers movie and faffing about on my laptop.  I expect I'll remember my to-do list at bedtime....
