Eyes open

Rafi has his eyes open more now. He's moving his arms and legs,but at the moment I think it's due to bladder discomfort. He's been trying to pull at his naso-gastric tube and tracheostomy humidifier tube.
It's been a really stressful few days seeing him in pain, but not being certain of the cause.
The staff have said his agitation may be due to him 'waking' up a bit more, but to me he just looks in agony. Maybe it's a little of both.
'Nurse' Kiera has been taught how to suction his tracheostomy tube ( I have declined to be taught this task yet).
