Wilmington's record rainfalls for 2018 reached over 100 inches yesterday.  The average for the year is about 57 inches.  The rain has put a damper on the al fresco scene, but not today.

Gina and I also topped the 100 miles of walking through our North Carolina state parks for the year.  We visited each of the 41 parks and tried to walk at least 2 miles in each of them.  We walked today at one of our local favorites, Carolina Beach State Park.
