Granddaughter’s Christmas cake

Each year for the last ten year’s grandma and grand-daughter have got together to make Christmas cakes. Over the years the decoration has got more sophisticated, this year it was carried out between end of the school day and Dad turning up to take her home to do her homework amongst other things.
She was pleased with the result, as she should be, but the kitchen did look like a war zone.
