Christmas lunch

It was my workplace Christmas lunch.

We are restructuring so it will likely be the last for our team who I have worked with for over 10 years.

We’ve been to the same venue for the last few years. It’s a bit of a drive which is a shame but there are few places that can cater for around 40, the food choice is good (no pre-ordering here) and the service very efficient.

They did mess up the seat numbers this year and about 6 of us counted them multiple times, hoping the result would be different.

An extra was quickly added and a few people moved seats so that our manager didn’t have to sit with the youngsters who get quite loud, quite quickly.
