Christmas craft

I have made each of the grandkids a disc with a winter scene on the front and facts about Hurricane Florence on the back.

These are drawn and coloured onto a slice of one of the branches of the pecan tree that came down and damaged Jim’s roof. They will go on a small stand.

I usually make the kids a decoration to hang on the tree each year, but the kids have been so interested in what happened during and after the storm I wanted to do something pertaining to it.

Today I am going to attempt to make a chocolate Coca-Cola bottle and fill it with M&Ms. If successful, I will blip it tomorrow:)
