Stupid Cat

Mrs S and I are taking a week off work to recover from a busy, stressful few months and had a wander through the local shops today. This involved the purchase of some ramekins I have been after in order to make a really traditional French potato dauphinoise. It was a big success and I have lots of follow on recipe ideas already.

Phoebe the cat also liked the leftovers and after 5 minutes licking the ramekin clean and another few minutes face wash she then had a mad 5 minutes running about like a nutter. I guess she got high on the double cream ;-)
