Killing Time, spot the blipper

Delayed flight from BHX but at least it was only 45 min, unlike Gatwick.
The good news, most of the lost time was made up. The bad news, one of our cases didn't make it, inevitably, the largest one with all the presents in. We have been told that it should get here tomorrow. I won't be holding my breath!
