I went to town without much of a plan, met Gillian for a coffee first to get some strength... then absolutely smashed my Christmas shopping! I have potentially one last thing to buy but otherwise I’m done.

Went home briefly and wrapped some of them, then wolfed down some soup and headed to Matt’s with a bag of presents for him. We’re both slightly concerned that his big Christmas meal at the weekend will result in him drunkenly opening them.
