Scottish Tablet!

My yearly tradition, mostly since moving to Cape Breton really (10 years), is to make that delicious stuff of my childhood....tablet!  oh my god, how i love that taste, and thankfully i only make it once a year!

It has been pouring all day, miserable .... but at least it's up to about +9 C, so we are praying for a small window of no rain so we can dive into the bush and find a Christmas tree!   There has been so much snow that we kept putting off getting one cos they were all totally covered in snow!   now we only have today or tomorrow morning.....cos the family start arriving tomorrow evening...and i want the tree up and dressed by then!

And because of the rain i have been unwilling to go out for a walk, so, as you know making tablet has about 35-40 minutes of watching it bubble and stirring....so i put on some music and did some moves while waiting!   that's me sorted for some exercise today :)
