The big man

Went to the Carol's by Candlelight service this afternoon and thought it was an excellent turn out and the service itself was the best I've been to in a long time. Then we had our final run out with santa and his sleigh. Parked up in the market square for an hour and let the children come to us this time. We've been out on three other runs and probably raised in excess of £700 for the Christmas Lights fund. It all goes towards the entertainment and activities we put on for the town on light switch on day. I say we, I am just one of about 10 on the committee, my first year, and yes, I will be doing it all again next year with them. Great fun.
