Christmas Service at Calvary Community Church

Our church service today included a play with all original music and choreography - it was spectacular! The message was "A Simple Christmas". The major takeaways:
1) The birth of Jesus in Bethlehem was a major disruptor. It disrupted Bethlehem, the lives of Mary and Joseph, the Shepherds, the Roman government and more. And it is a positive disruptor to the lives of those touched by the Savior throughout history.
2) The birth provided new hope, with God providing redemption and a future where love is demonstrated and sins forgiven, and a relationship with God restored.
3) It provided a reason to share love and good news to all.

And it provided the ultimate reason for the season.
