Low river.

The hole in the stone has been created from stones being swirled round and round in an ever deepening pot. Eventually it broke through to the river bed and now the water runs in and runs straight back out again never filling the pot. 

This weekend was the club Christmas trip to Mar Lodge. They have put a second fridge in, which is a great improvement. The lodge has twelve bunks and one small fridge was simply not enough. 

I went up a very local Corbet with some old friends and we had a good catch up. 

There was a lovely evening meal with crackers and poppers and wine and good craic. 

All together a good time was had by all.
