Box Bug

Zoologist daughter says this could be a Box Bug (Gonocerus acuteangulatus) which, if confirmed, is an exciting find in the garden. Box Bug is quite rare. It used to be confined to Box Hill (hence the name) in Surrey but has been slowly expanding its range. Even so there are still only six records of it in East Sussex.
