Happy Christmas to all ! from the mermaid

I won’t be posting tomorrow as I will be busy preparing lunch for 8 people. I will attend Mass in the morning and hear the local choir singing and chat to my neighbours afterwards. Then I will visit my husband’s grave and think about him and all the love he showed me.

Then trad turkey, a glass of good wine and sweet dessert afterwards.

And then some fillum watching by a turf fire

I love Christmas time - not all the madness and big spending and flash gear. I enjoy the food, the chat and time to relax. Oh and a chance to walk by the sea
