Christmas eve

Like most a busy day, cooking , tidying, wrapping etc. I cooked the Christmas Wellington whilst listening to women's hour. I could relate to a lot that was said and was quite surprised with the over whelming urge to burst into tears. A quick cry and onward and upward.

Chores complete I went out with the dogs. I can't believe it's a year since we got Ruby. She really us part of our family now. There was a mist forming and I stopped to take this of another fog walker.

This even both boys were at home so I cooked a cheese fondue - delicious! Then cherry and almond trifle. L told me he didn't like trifle. However he had a huge portion! Lovely dinner.
