Merry Christmas

I've spent Christmas with my sister Jennie and brother in law Nick. We live in different countries and we can't remember when we last had Christmas together. We've had a wonderful day of eating and drinking interspersed with several walks.

It's our first Christmas without both Mum and Dad, and we've traversed that well. We know they'll be feeling as much joy as we do today as they look down on us.

We managed to get ourselves invited to All Saints Garrison church inside the Burnham Military Camp not far from where I live. It's a beautiful reatored wooded church and unexpectedly there was a christening held today. It was a unique experience.
