Fieldfare

Volunteering at Lochwinnoch today. The ground is too hard to do any gardening so continued tallying the entries for bird counts.

Lots of bird interest outside the reserve window. The birds are very hungry and I counted 4 Bramblings among the Chaffinches, the usual members of the tit family, Reed Buntings, a male Bullfinch, a Fieldfare and a male Hen Harrier hunting over the Aird Meadow.
