Success

When we moved in to our flat, we had a little of problems finding the water stopcock. Eventually after wandering around the lift, we found it, grouted behind the tiles. It took forever to hack out the tile but we got access. At some point a plumber helpful removed my blue tac and silicone sealed the tile in place. It seems that tile gives way long before silicone sealant.
