Backblip: The Christmas Rush

Third backblip of the day.

24th December and the sum extent of my preparations for Christmas Day. This was our dessert on the 25th - a simple dish of Navel Oranges in Caramel and Brandy. I served them up with Mascarpone, which was frankly weid. Never had Mascarpone like that before... it was more like a Ricotta.
