Cold hard frost this morning, i was working in the charity shop in Kilmacolm in the morning,really enjoying it, Mark was still off so he picked me up and we had lunch together,didn't go to weightwatchers tonight,instead we watched National Lampoons Christmas Vacation with my stepdaughter
