Northfork Nooksack River

Lisa and I drove up to the Northfork River today to see if the salmon run has attracted the eagles. It was pretty active and not only are the eagles enjoying the feast but also the seagulls are getting in their fill. They all seem to know when the run is happening and then simply disappear when it is all over. The area is almost 500' above sea level and the snow has made its first appearance which made for a beautiful setting.
