North Dean Woods

After too much sitting around yesterday and  just 4 hours sleep last night I took a different route for this morning's pre-breakfast run.

This is the downhill section through North Dean Woods to Copley Church. The track descends steeply and with mud, drainage channels, ruts and wet leaves it's a challenge to run fast and stay upright.

We have visitors coming this afternoon and I still need to go to the supermarket again!

It's the last day of my Christmas holiday as I'm back at work tomorrow.
