Turned Out Cold Again

The alarm went at 10 to 6 this morning.  I switched it off and thought "Time to get up".  That thought lasted as long as a blink does.  Weird how just closing your eyes and opening them again can last 2 hours.

I got to work though.

And I thought "Nothing ever happens between Xmas & New Year" as I brought my cup of tea back to my desk.

And so my telephone rang.  And didn't stop ringing.

Which on the one hand meant that the working day flew past but meant there was a lot of stress that really was unnecessary.

No matter.  I solved problems and I got to go home while it was still "light".

And on the way home I spotted some teasels (see above).
